The first messenger bag I purchased had quite the hilarious defect. My poor green bear was missing his eyes! ( Stole his eyes right from his face!)
As soon as the company found out about my bear, they were quick to resolve it. I didn't expect the response I received! They sent a very nice apology email right back to me, and told me they were sending me a whole new bag! Along with allowing me to keep my cute defected bag as well!
Highly recommend the hippie shop as I'm a frequent customer to this site!

This came a day before it’s initial arrival, and it’s very roomy. i expected it to be smaller but it’s big and i have enough room for all my books/school things. the material is good and feels very sturdy, i really love this!the design is beautiful and it is not poorly made at all.
