I bought a hat that didn't quite fit the way I wanted it to. The return process was very easy, and I decided to exchange the hat for another Namaste wind chime (sorry the picture doesn't do it justice because the sun wasn't out!) The reason a bought a second wind chime is because I am so pleased and happy with the first one that I bought the second one to give as a house gift to my niece ... she's a yoga teacher and I know she will absolutely LOVE it! It really is lovely!
