Beautiful skirt! One of the most important things about this skirt that is not notated in the description is the fact it HAS POCKETS! Yes, you heard me right! I was pleasantly surprised by this. The skirt is beautiful, full and amazing colors. It is a one size fits all skirt...but it is definitely geared toward a smaller wasted person. I am a size 2 or 4 in jeans and while the waste is elastic which makes it wearable, it is somewhat tight, even on me. But otherwise, I absolutely love it. Another review said it is somewhat transparent but I don't have the same feeling about it...it would fully cover bright colored underwear.
