it’s very cute and fashionable but if you are planning to use it as a book bag like i did ( not a good idea ) if you carry heavy items it is very easy to rip. but like using it has a purse is a good idea but please take my lesson

I absolutely love this bag. The size is huge, the colors are bright and beautiful and it has just enough pockets. The strap is wide so it doesn't cut your shoulders. AND the price is beyond reasonable. I am thinking that I might need two. :-)

Love this bag. When I originally received the bag I was disappointed. The interior lining had rips, runs, & holes within 3 days of normal use. Customer service contacted me & advised this had never happened before. Would I like a refund or replacement. Since I love the bag - replacement. My replacement bag was shipped the next day. I've been using my replacement bag for a week now & it's perfect. No runs or holes. I love it & am so glad I chose a replacement.
