Fully padded back and straps make for a comfortable carrying experience, the strap features a cell phone pocket while the back has a ID holder near the top of the bag. The front has two zipper pockets and the inside main compartment has 3 pockets, one of which zippers closed, there is also a elastic bottle holder on the side of the bag.
