As soon I received them I soaked them into cold water wearing them on my feet and let them dry keeping them dressed. They become like second skin and wear comfortably. When I found HippieShop I was in heaven. It seems to me they used to come with instructions, but not there are none. Stupid me, I soaked them in hot water and all the oils came out of them. Needless to say I ruined them, they were so stiff - unwearable. I learned my lesson - use cold water and wear them til they dry, and looking forward to ordering a new pair for next summer.
