Shipping Time: Orders are processed Monday through Friday. We ship most "in-stock" items within 24 hrs. Orders with an item on "on order" may take longer, we anticipate shipping your whole order within 7-10 business days. If we know one of your items is on it's way back in-stock we usually wait 1-2 days instead of wasting two separate shipping boxes.

To calculate appropriate shipping time please allow us 24-48 hrs. to process your order plus delivery time.

Some remote areas of the US require additional delivery time.We are  unable to process, ship or deliver on weekends and major holidays.

In an effort to save the rainforest we use recycled boxes, so don't be surprised when you see a strange company name printed on the side of your package. 

Manufacture backorders sometimes happen! Although unusual it may take up to 30 days for an item to ship, if this happens you will be notified by customer support. 

Due to the nature of our business, system failure, product availability your geographical location or other unforeseen complications may slow down or prevent us from shipping your order. So please, let us know if you did not receive your order.

Express Delivery: We offer express order processing and delivery choices at checkout. If you choose express your order will be rushed through our system and shipped out as fast as humanly possible. But unfortunately we can not guarantee an exact arrival date. If you need it next day please contact customer support by telephone, they may be able to help.

P.O. Box's: Yes, we do ship US postal boxes.

Military Addresses: Hey you're a Rock Star, all military orders will be processed with pride and shipped via The United States Postal Service. Unless requested otherwise.

Outside Continental: Other charges may apply to residents outside the continental US.
