How Do I Order ?
Order Online: It's easy, just point your browser to www.HippieShop.com to order via
our web site. Browse or search for
desired items. Enter them into your shopping cart by clicking the"add to shopping bag" button. If done shopping, proceed to checkout
by clicking the "Proceed to checkout" button and securely enter
you shipping, payment information then select your shipping options. Once you click the"Place your order" button your order is complete and your payment is processed. You will receive an email with your order conformation.
- How can I check the status of my order?
To inquire about your up to date order status view My
Account. Orders are marked "New" until your items are
shipped. You will then be able to see a tracking number.
- How can I track my order after it has been shipped?
We email you your tracking
information after your order is shipped. You can also check
- Once my order is placed on the Web site, how long
does it take to process it? Most orders are processed within 24hrs, but some can take longer. To save cardboard and packing materials, we sometimes hold backorders until whole order is complete. Orders placed on
the weekend (Friday, Saturday or Sunday) are typically shipped out on MondaY. If you need your stuff fast call us.
- What is your return policy?
Every item we sell comes with our 30-day Guarantee against defects. If a product is
defective in any way or you would like to return it for any reason. Just send it back to us with your full
name, address and daytime phone number or include a copy of your invoice within 30 days of delivery
- Exchanges, just include a note and let us know if you would like another item in
exchange or a refund for the cost of that item. There are no additional ground
shipping and handling charges on exchanges (Express Delivery &
to S&H charges). Defective
merchandise will be replaced immediately upon receipt of the defective product. We will re-ship the item back to you free of charge.

If there are any problems with my order, will I be
informed? If there are any problems with your order (i.e. an item is out of stock, your credit card
information was invalid, etc.), you should receive an email or a phone call
from us. If you feel your order might be lost, call us.
If I have already placed an order on the web, can I
change it? You can change or cancel your order by sending an email to

are shipped via US Post Office and UPS. We charge a low flat rate fee

Do you offer Coupon Codes? Yes, we occasionally offer coupon codes that can be found online, through social media or within a HippieShop.com newsletter. All coupon codes are subject to offer rules, availability and qualified purchases. Coupon codes must be used at the time of checkout and can not be added to an order. Office and UPS. We charge low flat rate fees based on order value and the shipping

- Can I request express delivery?

you choose express your order will be rushed through our system and
shipped out as fast as humanly possible. But unfortunately we can not
guarantee an exact arrival date. Due to the nature of our
business, system failure, product availability your geographical
location or other unforeseen complications may slow down or prevent us
from shipping your order, but this is very rare. Please allow 24
hrs for order processing before your package is shipped. We can not process
or ship on weekends or major holidays so please keep this in mind when

- Can I place an order using a personal check?
Yes, we accept checks or money orders. You can use our shopping

- What are the acceptable payment methods for a C.O.D.
order? We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
- Can I ship items to another address other then by billing address? Yes, but we reserve the right, for security purposes to only ship to the credit card billing address. You
